www.simply-stunning.co.uk is operated by Simply Stunning, a London-based beauty studio specialising in lashes, brows, and pamper packages. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made online via our booking system or by contacting us directly.
A deposit or card details will be required to secure your booking; if charged this will be deducted from the final balance.
You must be 18+ to book certain services (e.g. lash extensions). ID may be requested.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 75% of the service fee and may be blocked from future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in rare circumstances (e.g. illness or emergencies).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
If you are unhappy with a result, please contact us within 72 hours. We may offer a free correction or touch-up at our discretion.

5. Mobile Services

For mobile pamper packages, we require a clean and safe working environment.
Travel charges may apply depending on your location and group size.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions are unsuitable upon arrival.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
We may refuse or modify a service if we believe it's unsafe or unsuitable for you.

7. Website Use

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by Simply Stunning and may not be used without permission.
You must not use this website for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose.

8. Liability

Simply Stunning is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may arise from use of our services or website, except where required by law.
Clients accept full responsibility for following aftercare instructions and for informing us of any concerns during consultations.
